I thought everybody was very courteous and professional however I bought my car in for 25,000 mile check up plus inspection and there was something underneath my car that they had a screw in I was there fo however I bought my car in for 25,000 mile check up plus inspection and there was something underneath my car that they had a screw in I was there for an hour and a half when I was there an hour I went over to the person that was taking care of me and said how much longer will this take I have an appointment at 4 o’clock in Hopewell and he said I’m a couple minutes. That turned into another half hour. Nobody came out and told me there was a problem . I was just waiting and waiting. More
