I was told that my car was given an thorough inspection but two weeks later I had to come in because my serpentine belt had a tear in it that they did not catch. Brought in vehicle for 2nd check engine and check AWD system light within just over a week...almost had to wait a while but the GM came out and hooked us up with a loaner, one that we were told we would system light within just over a week...almost had to wait a while but the GM came out and hooked us up with a loaner, one that we were told we would get over the phone but that changed when we got there...fixed an issue with the car and had it back the next day...only thing was just wish they didn’t adjust my steering wheel, threw out the plastic wrap they used on the driver seat and took out the dirty paper floor mat, but overall not terrible More

We brought the car in for regular maintenance, but other issues were found. The team (Michael) worked with us to explain what needed to be done and the options we had. Everything was fine-- I just wish service included a complementary rapid charge. Oh-- and having the TV on nonstop (and loud) in the waiting area was really annoying. Helped me get through service fast to meet an appt. Much appreciated. Very surprised that tires needed to be replaced as I have only driven 10,000 miles. Something wrong there, but I didn't argue.
