I have been customer of DCH Wappingers for more than 15 years. The reason I keep going back (purchase of vehicles(8) and service of those vehicles) is the leadership of the dealership. Competant and courteous. However staff should give customers a more accurate of the time a repair will take. Not a good idea to tell a customer 5 minutes and take 50.
