Rav 4 15000 mile check up Alicia greeted us warmly and asked if we had any concerns. We had no issues to report. She directed us to the customer waiting area and pointed out the immensities available. She was true to her word in that about an hour later she appeared with the completed paper work and identified our car sitting outside waiting for us. Nice JOB! More

Friendly and relatively quick I needed to move up my appointment because of how quickly I came close to milage for the oil change. The service center upon walk-in were able to move up my service date to later that day and I was in and out in the course of an hour. They provide the usual tv entertainment but with the additional convenience of a place to catchup on personal work, kid friendly section, small computer section and fairly comfortable seating. They were quick and polite as far as these things go. I would recommend them for service in the future. More
