I wasted $116 and hours of my time I brought my Highlander hybrid in because the battery kept dying and I kept needing to jump it. It was less than three years old. They tested my batte I brought my Highlander hybrid in because the battery kept dying and I kept needing to jump it. It was less than three years old. They tested my battery, told me there was nothing wrong with it, did a battery "service" for $116. A month later I was still having the same problem, brought the car in again, and now was told the battery needed to be replaced, there was a "bad cell" which I suspect was the problem the first time. A waste of not only money but time. I should have been refunded the $116 from the replacement costs. More

Clear explanation of service they will perform. I came in to get an NYS inspection and whatever service needs to be performed. While I was there it began to snow. They were very kind and considerate I came in to get an NYS inspection and whatever service needs to be performed. While I was there it began to snow. They were very kind and considerate as usual but this time they put my Tacoma pickup in the service garage so I wouldn't have to go in the snow. I have been a customer for many years.
