Recall Received a notification from Toyota that my car had to recall I scheduled with DCH Toyota. I brought the car in at 9:30 for a 10 o’clock appointment Received a notification from Toyota that my car had to recall I scheduled with DCH Toyota. I brought the car in at 9:30 for a 10 o’clock appointment i informed the service deskthat I had to be out by 11. I was told it was a half hour job it’s now 1115 and I still don’t have my car. when I was checking out they did a full inspection which I did not ask for they sent me an itemized bill for almost $4000 for services I did not need. they said my brakes and rotors need to be replaced they were 90% worn out. the brakes were done and the rotors were changed a month prior. the following day it was raining And the driver side window still had a short in it, they did not fix the recall The service there is disgraceful and I will never go back. unfortunately there is no state or federal agency to report this to and if I do reported to the DOT there’s nothing they could do and he can’t enforce anything More

Unexplained delay I was scheduled for a 30,000 service. They said it would be 1 and 1/4 hours. After that time went by, there was no word. I waited. He said he would check on it . He came back and said about 5 min. After waiting I went to cashier she went to service. She came out and said car was ready. 2 hours and 22 minutes went by since I came in (and I was early). Cashier said maybe I would get discount. I think I paid full price. Long waits Went to get a inspection and alignment and had to wait over two hours only to get home and find out that there was no inspection sticker put on the v Went to get a inspection and alignment and had to wait over two hours only to get home and find out that there was no inspection sticker put on the vehicle but the car was inspected. Called 3 times to correct this situation and never got a response from the voice mail left. Went the following day only to be told I just needed a sticker and she would rush me thru. Forty-five minutes later I went to see what was taking so long and she tells me that 1 of my light were out. I asked how if I passed inspection the day before and she had no answer. I should not have to wait 45 minutes for a mistake made by Toyota, just to put s inspection sticker on my windshield. I had to make a second trip to the service dept. only to again wait for a long time. That is not the correct way to treat customers. Why make appts. only to make people wait 2 hours for an inspection. There were other people complaining about the wait. I would never go there for service unless it is free. A persons time means a lot to them. Why go there when I could have my car serviced somewhere else. Wappingers Falls will lose a lot of customers for service. They are friendly but not timely. It seems as if they forget customers after their car leaves the bay. They are not letting customers know what is going on with their vehicle. More
