A little disappointed at the Service Center I'm a little unhappy about the service center. The service department spent 2 weeks installing a new engine on my car. When I went in to pick it up th I'm a little unhappy about the service center. The service department spent 2 weeks installing a new engine on my car. When I went in to pick it up the check engine light was on. It turns out that the mechanic who installed the engine had cut off the wiring that feeds power to the VSC sensor. I couldn't pass inspection so I had to return my RAV4. Whats worse is that they may charge me to repair the VSC sensor when I believe they are responsible for breaking it. More

My bill has never been over $59.41, with tax, which they confirmed when I went there. When I went to check out they said over $70, and they looked up my past history which was not long ago, and saw that I never paid that much. They could not explain why I was being charged more, and also did not charge me what I paid in the past, instead they just lowered it down to $65, which is unreasonable. They stated they could not lower it down to the $59.41 I paid in the past, which is very poor customer service. I will say the service the technicians do on the car is great, but the prices and customer service ruin the entire experience. More

Alison managed the 70K servicing flawlessly - the best service I have ever received at DCH Toyota during the 14 years I have been a customer of DCH. She was polite, efficient, returned calls promptly, kept me advised throughout, and went over the work that had been done with patience and professionalism. Because she was so forthright and professional, I asked her to also replace my tires. She again handled this flawlessly, and I was in and out of the service center in about an hour from start to finish. Also, Service Manager Ben arranged for some repainting of my 2011 Rav 4 Limited because the pearly white paint had started to peel off in two sections. He kindly followed up with Toyota management and corporate officers and then very efficiently made arrangements for the repair to be done with no cost to me. When I arranged for this service to take place, Alison coordinated all of the specifics and took good care of me and my vehicle with help from Kathleen, who was also excellent. I was amazed at how smoothly the whole process went, and I would not hesitate to work with Ben, Alison and Kathleen, again. I am grateful for the excellent service standards at DCH Toyota and will continue to upgrade vehicles at DCH sales in the future. I should also put a good word in for Mr. Goldberg, in finance, who has always been wonderful to work with in financing my Toyotas and understanding the details of the warranties, and Daryl in Sales Management. Unreasonable wait for oil change I've been a customer with this dealership and service center for 3 years and l experienced a 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. I watched people come I've been a customer with this dealership and service center for 3 years and l experienced a 3 1/2 hour wait for an oil change. I watched people come after me and leave before me for similar services and some coming in for major work. I asked the service rep after this long wait who was the same rep who checked me in and she looked like she forgot that I was still waiting. Then she didn't know where my car was, why? My car was tagged with wrong service order/work to be performed. If you are a service rep, know your customers and follow up with making sure your customers are helped in order they arrived and that the proper work orders get attached to the vehicles. I will still recommend this service station but will be more vocal with the reps and time the service with 30 minute check ins with reps. More
