DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota - Service Center

Good service, BUT... They fixed my broken air conditioning, however I asked the service people to fix it over a month ago and they never even looked at it. This previousl They fixed my broken air conditioning, however I asked the service people to fix it over a month ago and they never even looked at it. This previously happened at my 10,000 mile check up when I asked them to check a warning light that came on. When I got the car back the light was still on. All it needed was to fill the tires but the service people didn't check. Overall, I'm satisfied with the repairs DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota made but their attention to detail and ability to listen to what I ask for is not very good. More

Great Service I was in and out in under an hour for a NYS inspection. The waiting room was comfortable while I waited and if I had wanted there was coffee/bagels/c I was in and out in under an hour for a NYS inspection. 30,000 maintenance They got some kind of fluid all over my hood and windshield. Had to go to a car wash right away and wash it because I didn't know what it was. Takes way too long I made an appt 2 1/2 weeks ago for an oil change. My appt was at 9 am, I arrived at 8:50, checked in and was told I would be out of there in an hour t I made an appt 2 1/2 weeks ago for an oil change. My appt was at 9 am, I arrived at 8:50, checked in and was told I would be out of there in an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes tops. At 10:30 I went to the cashier to check on the status of my vehicle. Just then a service advisor came out to try to sell me this that and the other thing. I told him at that point I just wanted to leave, was told it would be another 15 minutes! When I made my appointment they were “wide open” for the day, I arrived early, watched people come and go as I sat patiently for a reasonable amount of time on my only day off. I think that seeing as my appointment was booked so far in advance, and I was early, I should have taken presidence and been in and out in a reasonable and quoted amount of time. 2 hours is unreasonable for an oil change and tire rotation! It’s always something when I go here! More

Pleasant experience! Wasn't looking forward to my service visit.....just not my thing to do on a Sunday.
