waste of time I received a recall letter for a problem with a sunroof. Made an appointment and sat in the waiting room for and hour and a half to be told that they I received a recall letter for a problem with a sunroof. Made an appointment and sat in the waiting room for and hour and a half to be told that they did not have the part. I asked why no one would have confirmed that the part needed was on hand when I made the appointment. I also received numerous confirmations of the appointment, but again no one confirmed the part. I was told that the part was ordered and that I would receive a phone call to schedule the work. Well 10 days later I had to call them. The car was fixed and they agreed to pick my car up at my work, fix it and then return it, as my work was beyond their normal drive service. More

Tom, my service advisor, noted all my concerns and made sure these concerns were thoroughly investigated and resolved in a reasonable time and the waiting area was very comfortable. I'm still haunted by the very poor radio reception in my 2012 Toyota RAV 4, however, Tom suggested that the radio might be defective and they will do everything necessary to resolve this on my next visit. This was a little disappointing as I had brought it in before this for investigation of the poor radio reception and would have expected that a through investigation would have been done then. Outside of the radio reception, I'm very satisfied with my RAV 4 and the service experience had been very good at this dealership. I'll be very ecstatic if the poor radio reception can be resolved at my next service visit. More
