Just one thing wrong The service experience at DCH Toyota was excellent in all respects except for one thing, which has happened before when I was there: The TV in the wa The service experience at DCH Toyota was excellent in all respects except for one thing, which has happened before when I was there: The TV in the waiting lounge has been tuned to Fox News. Twice I have asked to have it turned to another station, and they have always complied, but it would be nice not to have to ask each time I go to wait in the lounge. Why not have an entertainment channel that is more neutral? I love the ease of entering the garage and going right inside to the service advisors, and love the cleanliness and amenities of the waiting lounge. The waiting time is always acceptable. If the above tv problem were solved, DCH would get 5 stars. More
