Called that evening to see if I could receive the 10% credit and left a message with “Joseph,” whom, I believe, was a call center person, not someone located in Wappingers. He said that someone would get back to me. No one did. I called on Tuesday and left a message with Dena Ramondo’s voice mail asking her to call back. She never called. I checked Lindsay Mahavik’s name below because her name was printed on my receipt. However, I had no interaction with her and she should not be judged by this review. I wrote a review earlier this week but I’m unsure it was actually submitted. It is now Friday and I have not been contacted by anyone from DCH Toyota! More

Great Service and price - 2005 ToyotaTacoma Mike Giordano-assistant service manager initially gave me information on how to get my truck over to the dealership for repairs and took down all of Mike Giordano-assistant service manager initially gave me information on how to get my truck over to the dealership for repairs and took down all of the information to start a "Repair Order". My disabled Tacoma truck was then towed to the dealership for repairs. Assistant service manager -Kathleen Crosbie came outside and instructed the tow truck driver to place my truck close to the service shop entrance. The truck was looked at in short order and I was called with the price and parts needed to make the necessary repairs to the vehicle. It needed a new alternator and serpentine belt. The price was a little more than I had expected to spend and when I mentioned this they looked at the possibility of using an after-marked part instead. They found a replacement which has a Limited life-time warranty at a greatly reduced cost. Thank you Kathleen! Service Manager - Ben Carlson helped Kathleen find the best deal under these circumstances. Thank you Ben! Master Service Technician - Dave Church, as always, did a great job assessing the problem and then making the necessary repairs. Thank you Dave!
