The service advisor Diana D has no clue about selling anything or acknowledging customers. If she's going to sit there and talk to every guy that walks past her maybe she should find a new job. I must have been to old because she could careless about helping me. More

HORRIBLE SERVICE I TOOK MY TOYOTA FJ CRUISER IN TO HAVE A CALIBER REPLACED. THEY DID THE JOB A DAY AFTER BEING PROMISED. THAT IS NOT THE HARD PART. THEY USED AUTOZONE I TOOK MY TOYOTA FJ CRUISER IN TO HAVE A CALIBER REPLACED. THEY DID THE JOB A DAY AFTER BEING PROMISED. THAT IS NOT THE HARD PART. THEY USED AUTOZONE PARTS AND CHARGED FULL TOYOTA PRICES. THE CALIPER IS $83.99 AT AUTO ZONE. DCH KINDLY CHARGED ME $140.00 FOR THE SAME PART. I REPLACED MY FRONT ROTORS AND PADS AS WELL. I'M SURE THEY WERE MARKED UP TO FULL TOYOTA RETAL JUST THE SAME. MY FJ CRUISER AND CAMRY HAVE SEEN THE LAST OF DCH. More

Service advisors fought over who had to deal with me, just to tell me to go across the street to someone else. Shuttle driver could have been polite about where I was asking to be dropped off. We had to argue about whether he would drive me or not. Getting a return shuttle was way too much of a hassle. I'm only 10 minutes away. Only 2 of the 3 accessories from the "we owe" were actually done when I came back, after being told I was done. If I was within the 3 day return policy, I would return the vehicle and get the same from another dealer. More

I have had an ongoing relationship with DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota since March of 2009 when I purchased my 2009 Toyota Sienna LE. My minivan has only been serviced by this dealership and I must say their service department is superb. They are kind and very descriptive and do all they can to make your experience a positive one. I have dealt with Tommy Jordan and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure my van is running correctly and has always done right by my family of 6. He is very honest and has the customer's safety and best interest at heart. He treats his customers with respect and gives them as much time as they need even on his busiest of days. I look forward to purchasing many more vehicles from DCH Toyota and having Tommy Jordan take care of our car's maintenance/service needs. Keep up the fantastic work! More

I'm not one to write product reviews but I felt I needed to write a review about my experience at DCH Toyota. My wife was visiting the Fishkill area when her 2002 Toyota Sequoia broke down. Not kno needed to write a review about my experience at DCH Toyota. My wife was visiting the Fishkill area when her 2002 Toyota Sequoia broke down. Not knowing any mechanics in the area, we opted to go to DCH. I worked with Matthew Gaynor, the Assistant Service Manager, who was very knowledgeable and gave us confidence that he would take care of us. The initial reason for going in was to replace the drive belt which had snapped. While there, I decided to have a few extra things done (ie: broken door handle, broken rear hatch handle and the timing belt replacement which was due). I don't look forward to spending money but, in this case, it was well worth it. All the work was completed professionally and my wife and I are extremely happy with the way things turned out. I called Matthew to personally give him my thanks. He displayed excellent customer service and I look forward to continue bringing my vehicles there when I move into the area shortly.
