Over 19 years ago Dallas Lease Returns decided to change the way car buying is done. They lowered overhead and teamed up with affiliated leasing companies to cut out the "Dealer Only" auto auctions by offering one-owner, off-lease vehicles direct to the public for 45 days. No longer would you have to deal with high prices, pushy salesmen, and confusing finance managers- prices would be fair and the only vehicles offered would be to the highest standard.
Today, DLR has completed over 10,000 transactions becoming the DealerRater National Dealer of the year for 2023 and the DealerRater Texas Dealer of the year for 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, & 23. DLR and its partners have been featured in many local and National publications including Auto Dealer Monthly, Vehicle Leasing Today, Dallas Morning News, and Fort Worth Business Press to name a few, and even appear in eBay marketing ad campaigns.

I had been looking for a certain car in the right price range and with low mileage online. I haven’t purchased a used car in some time, but in order to get the exact specifications I wanted this time around that’s what I needed to do, so off to AutoTrader to look around. Most of the cars I was lo to get the exact specifications I wanted this time around that’s what I needed to do, so off to AutoTrader to look around. Most of the cars I was looking at were several thousands of dollars higher, or really rough. I drove an SQ5 with less miles a year newer, at a local Audi dealer, that they should’ve been ashamed to put on their lot. Ultimately my search lead me to Dallas Lease Returns, the car was higher miles than I wanted, but when I saw it, it had been well taken care of, to the point that it drove, rode and looked better than the aforementioned car at the Audi dealer. Christian Hall ended up being our sales manager, he was no pressure, negotiated openly and just showed me the numbers in a clear way, how much I could get for my trade, how much they could work on their price. At the end of the day I was sad to get rid of my trade, I loved that car, but needed something roomier for my family. Christian made the process effortless, and if I look for a used car in the future, they’ll be my first stop. More
