I was relieved and pleased at the ease and speed of the transaction. So here I sit today in my new/used Lexus. I am pleased with my purchase and found the entire process to be exceptional. I have failed to mention the key player in all of this. My salesman James Smith, a thoughtful, informed, Christian man. He is the kind of person we all hope to run into when we are a fish out of water. I'm going to emphasize that he is a Christian man. That's important to me. It doesn't mean he's perfect but that he is man of integrity trying his best. That's enough for me. More
