They were extremely bust when we arrived but was greeted by a Sales specialist by the name of James Smith. Right from the beginning he was very helpful and listened to our needs and suggested an Acura MDX. After test driving it my wife fell in love with it. So that was the one we wanted. James worked very hard to get the deal done and even worked to get everything taken of after that Dallas Lease Returns closed. I flew in from Colorado Springs, CO the night before because of the great price I saw on the truck. I walked in and was introduced to Jeff and told him what I was looking for. He pulled the truck from inventory and we took it for a test drive. this was a no pressure sale as he answered all the questions that I had and then left me to decide if I wanted to purchase without any of the standard tactics to pressure a person into buying. Great buying experience, the vehicle was as advertised and they even provided a full take of fuel as I was immediately going to drive back to Colorado Springs. I started searching on line through individual dealerships, which ended up being too time consuming, and the vehicles I found were either priced too high or were not in as great shape as advertised. I found a truck advertised by Dallas Lease Returns and stopped by on my way back to Waco. It turned out to be a stroke of luck. I hadn’t called before, but was lucky enough to have Blanca help me. From that point on, Blanca handle the search for me. I told her what I was looking for, and that I had some height restrictions to fit in the parking garage at my sons dorm. Long story short, Blanca contacted me the next day with a list of vehicles meeting my requirements. We found a great truck, and my son loves it. I’ll never buy a vehicle any other way. Thanks Blanca! I'd been putting off buying a new vehicle for years to avoid all of that - and as someone who sold cars for a short time, I had a pretty clear idea of what was going to happen during my "experience" at a dealership. I was so very wrong. This isn't a dealership. Joe's not a salesman. Dallas Lease Returns is more like a garage full of toys you want with people there to help you - not steer you - to get those toys. I showed up during a huge warehouse clearing event this past weekend, was greeted with a smile by the woman at the desk, and asked multiple times if I needed anything. Great environment, clean facilities, super helpful staff - even when they have a packed house! My total time invested in buying this car may have hit an hour but I doubt it. Got the exact car I had looked at, for the price I wanted, with so little effort on my part, I didn't think it was real until this morning's drive to work. They lay it out really simple for you and make the entire process streamlined and dare I say it pleasurable. 10/5 stars. Already sending my brother in law to him! More
