You can tell Joe is a man of integrity. He was upfront, honest and extremely helpful and personable. He is a true professional who values meeting needs, rather than just pushing automobiles. This is my first car from a dealership and I couldn’t have asked for a better expirience. I ran into a few financial problem throughout the process but james was able to help work around those and get the loan approved and I get to pick up my mustang gt premium tomorrow morning and I couldn’t be happier, excellent service all around, the front desk lady was very nice to greet me and my friend even though I was 18 year old kid coming to buy the car, most dealership blew me off because of my age but james never doubted me and we got it done!
