The experience at Dallas Lease Returns was great from start to finish. I called to verify that the car I saw online was available, and Shawn assured me it was, so I told him I would be there in 10 minute start to finish. It was parked by the front door with the a/c on and ready to test drive when I pulled up to the shop. Shawn answered all my questions honestly and directly. He explained how DLR operates and gave me details about the truck while avoiding the "pushy salesman" routine. When I returned from my test drive he talked me through the purchasing/financing process. I couldn't pass up the incredible deal, so Shawn started working on the financing while I went to get the necessary documents to close the deal. When I called to let Shawn know it was going to take me longer than expected to get back, he let me know he would be gone and Joe would take care of me. When I met Joe he picked up where Shawn had left off and walked me through the purchasing paperwork. He made the explanation of what is a boring process into an almost enjoyable experience.
