After many years of ME being a loyal costumer and purchasing upwards of 5 vehicles from Dana ( 1-lincoln 1- explorer 3-F150's) i will no longer be doing business with them. My latest purchase was a purchasing upwards of 5 vehicles from Dana ( 1-lincoln 1- explorer 3-F150's) i will no longer be doing business with them. My latest purchase was a 77k Tremor F150. the sales team gave me the price for taking care of plates and registration,, it was nominal.. i live out of state,, upon the plates coming in to the dealer they called me and told me they misquoted me it was 39 dollars more,, i told them i was out of state for a funeral and to just send the plates to my home and when i get back ill give them 39 dollars,, i just spent 77k,, 39 bucks isn't an issue.. they REFUSED until i paid ..i was shocked and insulted. they have no customer loyalty and it was a petty move.. in the past it was better this was insulting More
