If I can give 0 stars I would. It’s so unfortunate how customer service is the last priority for anyone there. My car was there for over 3 months and picked up still broken. Service department is severely lacking! I called for service because the arm on my windshield wiper was broken. Service changed the wipers but did not fix the broken arm. Claimed to have topped off my fluids, but there was not wind shield wiper fluid. They were supposed to pick my car up to fix the broken arm for a second time and never put me in the system. When they finally picked the car up, the arm was not available for two days. Total waste of time and energy! More
It was seven months after I called for my first appointment before the problem was solved. The dealership knew what the problem was, but it took 2 visits and seven months to get the appointment. Extremely short handed and incompetent. My car was delivered back to me still broken and now has to be brought back to be corrected. More money, more time wasted, and more inconvenience.
