Although Dana Lincoln had my car for about one month while waiting on a the delivery of a certain part, I was extremely happy with the service provided. Camille in service was very honest and helpful. L while waiting on a the delivery of a certain part, I was extremely happy with the service provided. Camille in service was very honest and helpful. Loida, in the Loaner Dept, who is absolutely wonderful to work with, somehow got me a fabulous loaner car even during a shortage. Also, the men working at Dana Ford (I think we spoke with Neil on the phone - but there were at least three other guys there), where we returned the loaner and picked up the original car, were the nicest, happiest and most knowledgable people and truly seemed to love their job. Many thanks to all of these individuals for a pleasurable experience. More
