My experience here was long and unnecessarily frustrating. I had placed an order for a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport in September 2021 with Mike Bachrach with expected pick up being 12-16 weeks. A month frustrating. I had placed an order for a 2021 Ford Bronco Sport in September 2021 with Mike Bachrach with expected pick up being 12-16 weeks. A month later I get a call to come back in to re-place the order because only 2022 models are available. After I re-placed the order (with the purchase order still having 2021 options on it), I get another call the day before Thanksgiving that the color red I wanted is no longer available - so I changed the color to cyber orange. After that, I had zero updates and communication for months. By the time January came around the 12-16 week deadline was up and I still received no update. I called Mike in February to ask for an update on the car, to which he said “I’ll give you a call back”. 2 weeks go by with zero word from Mike. I then call Mike again on a Monday in March to follow up since I’ve expected to have the car by then. He was out to lunch and the receptionist said he’ll give me a call when he gets back. 5 hours go by and I call again and ask to speak to a sales manager, who then takes 2 minutes to tell me that my car was in transit and could be at the dealership any day. I waited a week and called Mike again to ask for an update. He said he’ll give me a call back - then after 3 hours I call him again and he said that “all of the files were lost and they can’t find them so I’ll let you know when we get them”. At this point, I decide to go down to the dealership the next day to figure out what’s going on. Mike was off that day so I spoke with Jay (Justin) and asked if he can get me an update from the manager. While the manager was looking up the information, Jay took me out back to see a car similar to what I ordered. It wasn’t the car I ordered and then heard back from the manager saying my car is still about 2 weeks out from being delivered. I asked if they can confirm if all of the items I ordered the car with were in fact in the car (I.e. sunroof, B&O premium speakers, wireless charger, etc). They confirmed that the car I ordered in fact did not have the items I placed on the order. (Mike never told me that the “Outer Banks Package” didn’t exist on the 2022 models - which included the items mentioned previously). I decided to purchase the car on the lot rather than waiting for what I ordered since it really wasn’t what I ordered. We had the information and deposit transferred and I now have the car in my possession. While things were a bit smoother under Jay, the car was not clean when I picked it up (it had black dust all over it). I was also not made aware that personal checks were not accepted for the rest of the payment on the car (was lucky enough to be able to use a debit card). While I was happy with my experience with Jay, my experience with Mike and the rest of the dealership was not great. As a first time car buyer, it should be the sales people’s job to take care of everything the customer needs, address all the concerns they have, be responsive and provide continuous updates. I felt I was in the dark the whole time, was unhappy I waited much longer than I was supposed to for a car that ultimately didn’t have what I wanted. Especially when over 5 people I know (coworkers and friends) all ordered new cars and received exactly what they wanted in timeframes much shorter than mine all while they were constantly kept in the loop on their cars statuses even if there was no update. Given my overall experience, I don’t think I nor my family members (who have been Dana customers for the last 15 years) will be going to Dana to buy additional cars in the future. More

It took 3 appointments to get my recalls performed on my truck/suv. they cancelled twice on me . One I was able to get it in the device advisors I dealt with ere great .
