Normally I would agree with other ratings, but my last service appointment was sub par. I had a service rep that was half asleep and no help whatsoever. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:00 AM on a Tuesday as service appointment was sub par. I had a service rep that was half asleep and no help whatsoever. I dropped off my vehicle at 8:00 AM on a Tuesday as instructed. At 3:30 when no one called I called and was told my service rep was busy and would call me back. At 6:00, no call, I call back only to be told by sleeping beauty that when we tell you to bring a car in it doesn’t mean it will be looked at? Ah what? Why would you ask me to bring it in if you can’t look at it! The next day still no call, I call again. Again sleepy is nowhere to be found, never calls back. By 3:30 I just go in to get my car back. Two days with no car and nothing at all was done while it was there. When I get there, sleepy has the nerve to ask me if we have a problem here! I wait 20 minutes for them to get my car. It comes out soaking wet. Apparently that’s their idea of washing a car. More
