The service department is the worst they take your car have it for days before they even look at it . In march I brought my 8 month old Expedition in for some issues with the Front drivers seat, A/C, rear hatch repeatedly opening /not closing. I had to rest a car for 5 days after which I picked up my vehicl issues with the Front drivers seat, A/C, rear hatch repeatedly opening /not closing. I had to rest a car for 5 days after which I picked up my vehicle and was told all but the hatch was fixed I needed a part. As I was driving away the drivers seat was still shifting and was told when they get the hatch part they would repair both . Fast forward 3 months 2 weeks and I still have all the same problems and can't get the service guy to call me back . I moved away from buying at Danna 6 years ago and should have stayed away . I DON'T RECOMMEND DANA FORD! More
