I walked into the dealership looking to exchange my Jeep lease vehicle with a Lincoln MKC. Shaunna was very courteous and paid close attention to what I wanted in a vehicle. She took the time to show me all the MKC’s on the lot and let me test drive one. She was straight forward with numbers and did not give me the run around. Also, because I am currently enrolled in college she was able to work around my budget and provide me with rebates.
