lol , I went there for a simple recall that was fixed and I’m also told that there is a problem with my front driver axel , but not to worry it’s under warranty and will be fixed free of charge, I should hav I’m also told that there is a problem with my front driver axel , but not to worry it’s under warranty and will be fixed free of charge, I should have asked more questions .. but GREAT I didn’t have to pay cars fixed . I get the car back heading to Jersey 4 days later guess what the car steering is all messed up .. I get car back to my mechanic puts it on the lift , guess what’s wrong the front driver side axel . The rubber acordian lookin piece is ripped open and there is grease everywhere 1000 bucks later it’s fixed . So I’m assuming they seen this problem told ford that they fixed it so they got paid by ford to fix it and I lucky the car didn’t flip over I’m told by my real mechanic… I will never use them again More
