Service reps were great took the car right away, even though I didn't have appointment on the third occasion. and was set up with a rental car at no charge. This problem was a great inconvenience to me, but was handled very nicely. I received my car back the next morning all fixed. I'm thankful for such compassionate and kind people at Dana Ford, Jessica, Jeff and service manager, Elliott were AWESOME!! The newly renovated dealership is a wonderful comfortable place to wait.
