You need a better phone system. Takes too long to answer, doesn't know how to forward calls to the right person. If someone else gets the call, they should know how to forward it or Takes too long to answer, doesn't know how to forward calls to the right person. If someone else gets the call, they should know how to forward it or handle it, not just hang up. Salespeople don't have business cards, or direct number. They don't seem to get my message, maybe giving out their Mobil numbers would be a great idea. Great for service, without getting frustrated with your phone system. More
