My budget was extremely tight and thought that I would never be able to come to an agreement. Adam went the extra mile to make my deal work for me. I want to thank him so much for the hard work! I also want to thank the Finance Manager and the other manager on duty. They had the deal approved and made it happen! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great car such as a Kia Optima or Cadenza. They are truly wonderful cars! (This is my fifth one)! More
2018 Stinger Had the worst experience with Kia dealership ever at this Danbury location with the Manager Sal S. First he will try to cheat on you with out of this world monthly payment for a 2018 Stinger, used car with 2000 miles that the owner drove , even though I think it was him bcs he fits that now wobbly messed up driver seat perfectly. I think this manager really does need to have psych evaluation as someone already suggested. If you do not agree with his numbers he will treat you like you are dirt, even yell, wave his hands dissrespectfully in front of everyone like he came down from some mountain. I also noticed that he treats his employees the same way. This guy is ruining Kia with his bad attitude. Someone needs to get him some business management and customer service classes ASAP. Don't fall for his old school washed up negotiationg tricks, he is a crook. I felt bad for the sales guy, he was awesome, he could've made this deal if it wasn't for his unprofessional manager. Do yourself a huge favor and go to some other Kia dealership, where they will treat customers with respect. P.S if you file a complaint with Kia website make sure you also follow up with Kia headquarters at 1-949-468-4800 bcs they (Danbury) will close your case if they get ahold of it. :) More

Car service I brought my car in to get serviced. They asked what time I wanted my car done I said anytime before 4:30 and they made sure it would be done before t I brought my car in to get serviced. They asked what time I wanted my car done I said anytime before 4:30 and they made sure it would be done before that. They asked if I had anything else I wanted them too look at or had question on. My car was done within two hours. I picked it up and I was blocked in so kelvin pulled it out for me. Overall I love Kia. More
