After reading enough horror stories about BMW reliability online, you start wondering whether you bought a car or accidentally adopted a very expensive German pet. 😄 Thankfully, the buying experience at Sloan BMW Allentown was nothing short of exceptional, largely because of Jordan. Jordan was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and—something I especially appreciated—there was absolutely no pressure or stereotypical salesmanship. We communicated primarily through text, which fit our busy lifestyles perfectly. That may sound like a small thing, but for me it made a huge difference. I’m a car enthusiast and pay attention to everything, probably far more than any salesperson would reasonably enjoy. Having someone willing to communicate closely, answer questions, and pay attention to the details was priceless. From the very beginning, Jordan made the process feel less like a transaction and more like someone genuinely helping us make the right decision for our family. There was never a push to “close the deal,” no games, no unnecessary back-and-forth—just straightforward communication and patience. Jordan even surprised me with a BMW scent kit as a small token of appreciation. A simple gesture, but one that showed that the experience mattered beyond the sale. Our new 330i is officially our first German car, so hopefully BMW proves all those internet reliability doom-and-gloomers wrong. 😉 We’re certainly hoping for many trouble-free miles. And when the time comes for that first 1,000-mile break-in oil change, I hope the exceptional experience continues into the service department. Well trained and professional staff who were familiar with the vehicle being purchased. Significant inventory from which to chose. Beyond mildly encouraging a sale (to be expected) no high-pressure tactics used. None of that Oscar winning performance sidebar behind the curtains scheming with a manager ("the boss is gonna kill me for this but I'll tell ya' what...if you buy this car right NOW I'll give you a super special deal! Why?! because I LIKE You!" Let me talk on your behalf to boss..I'll try my best to convince him! Wink. Wink.). Significantly, the welcome absence of that silly, demeaning, insulting and intentionally confusing-to-the-customer penciled box graph slight of hand sales technique. Mr. Cook, the primary sales representative, was effective, polite and helpful. Very significantly, both on-line and in-person follow-up by BMW/Mini "Sales Genius," Haillee Madeira. Ms. Madeira exhibited a high level of professionalism, customer service orientation, and problem-solving abilities to assist with inoperable computer interface vis a vis the car navigation system. After effectively fixing the problem she provided a most helpful tutorial on operating the nav computer interface to the customer. Ms. Madeira is a proven asset to your business. If/when I'm next in the market for a car that you carry I'll certainly consider returning to your dealership for that reason. The only downsides for me was that the Military retiree/veteran discount was not made available to me because I chose not to finance the vehicle (too late? I'll accept a check or service credit..hint! hint! Here's to hoping that your service department is as beneficial as your sales. More

This was my first new BMW purchase and my first new car purchase in almost 15 years. I was trying to decide between 2 X3’s. Beth returned my call that morning with full details of each car. Once I chose the car I wanted the rest of the process went seamlessly. Beth was always available (even on her day off!!) to respond to any questions I had. Once we arrived at the dealership we were met practically at the door Beth smiling ear to ear. Beth took us to the car and set up my and my wife’s profiles and happily explained any questions we had. Took my 335xi in for a recall review had Charles as my advisor who was great. Received a overview inspection of my car which was appreciated and noted “no leaks” although after picking up my car i began s advisor who was great. Received a overview inspection of my car which was appreciated and noted “no leaks” although after picking up my car i began smelling coolant (we had recently had the entire cooling system replaced at another shop (hoses, radiator, etc)) later we had noticed there is a puncture hole in the brand new hose. Unsure if maybe a tech had closed something in the hood or intentionally punctured the hose. Will not be returning due to this incident. Charles is great though. More
