Luis was kind and efficient. There were complications w/ my cars servicing caused by the dealer but he did the best that could be done w/ difficult circumstances. Once again my service representative Ethan Harbison was amazingly helpful and reassuring as he carefully explained the details of the service being done on my car. Todd Simpson and the Daniels BMW service department has always treated me and all my BMW vehicles wonderfully.
