STAY AWAY! Went to look at a pre-owned vehicle. Upon arriving and asking about the car, it could not be found! It had been checked out on 6/22/2020, and they d Went to look at a pre-owned vehicle. I explained I lived 40 miles away and would not come back once found. They found the car the next day. The young salesman brought the car to my home. I made an offer he took back to his manager. Offer rejected and we could not reach an immediate deal. The very next morning at 9:24 sent an offer to the salesman. No reply for 3 hours. Finally left message. He texts back saying he was closing on his house, and that he left his phone at home. Told him I was willing to meet his price, just put in floor mats. Then his reply was “I’m prepping lunch for my daughter right now I’ll give you a call in a little”. Tired of the unprofessionalism, I called the store and requested the sales director. Told him I was tired of the back and forth and he would get back with me. Well, he wasn’t the director, just another salesman! My salesman calls me back, FINALLY, and gets angry with me for calling the store. Again, I have met their counteroffer, and I can’t get an answer! He calls back again within minutes and says car “just” sold! Well, you had a legitimate offer from me at 9:24 a.m. and if you wouldn’t have been handling personal business and would have been paying attention to your job this nasty review would not be needed. I truly believe the car was “lost” for a month intentionally until their “preferred” buyer could arrange the funds. And as soon as someone offered to purchase it went to the buyer who they pre-selected. This dealership is no longer owned by Mungenast, and deals like this are giving the MugenAst name a black-eye. Stay away from this shady organization. More
