Your less than a priority once they make the sale. I sent you this email a week ago, you didn't bother to respond... Rick, I just wanted to make you aware of my recent buying experience of a CPO I sent you this email a week ago, you didn't bother to respond... Rick, I just wanted to make you aware of my recent buying experience of a CPO Honda CRV at your dealership. When I bought my CPO Honda CRV it was missing the insert in the door cup handle, leaving a screw exposed and holes to the interior & mechanics of the driver's door exposed. I was told this insert would be ordered and sent to me by mail. Easy enough...However I waited 3 weeks, and no insert in the mail. So I inquired, and heard that someone would check on this for me. I waited 2 weeks, no insert in the mail, I inquired again and was told the ball was dropped, and its on its way. I waited 2 more weeks, 7 weeks from my purchase, and still no insert in the mail. We have had a lot of rain the last few weeks, every time its raining and I have to get in and out of my car, I fear that door cup handle filling with some rain water, and ruining the mechanics of the driver side door! I inquired this morning, and am told the ball was dropped again a second time. So I am driving in tomorrow to get my part! I was offered to have my tank filled for my trouble, to be honest...my tank is full! The reason I came to Mungenast was due to others telling me to give your dealership a try, my brother-in-law, being one of these individuals. Trust me I've shared with them my experience so far, they are kinda bummed since they sent me to you folks. My experience makes me question the quality of my purchase, or any future purchases/services. If the ball can be dropped twice so easily, where else are you dropping the ball? Parts? Service? Management? Trust me, my integrity is not worth a $150 Bird-Dog Payment. A disappointed customer! More
Best car buying experience I've had Gina was amazing. She was knowledgeable about the models and features. She was very efficient and friendly. As a first time car buyer, I was hesitant on how the process would play out. However, the day of, I saw the vehicle I had been searching for online and emailed Kurt immediately I was on my way in. Upon arriving I was greeted at the front desk immediately and point in the direction of Kurt’s office. There he had the key to the car I requested, the car was pulled up ready to test drive, and we were on the road shortly after. Very happy with my experience and the vehicle, I bought it. Brandon, in finance, was very helpful in organizing my documents so that I could understand every component of the finance agreement, extensive coverage, as well as step by step of what I needed to bring when going to pay taxes on the car. The whole experience was quite opposite of what I was anticipating. The St. Louis Mungenast Honda team exceeded all my expectations as I was buying my first car. More

We have a 9 month old with very complex medical needs. He's been in the hospital since October and we almost lost him several times. He's still on life support (ventilator) but should be coming home in the next month or so. He will have lots and lots of medical equipment to make this happen, so we decided to purchase an Odyssey to help us transport him. Having such a great experience at this dealership means the world to us because it's one less thing to worry about during such a stressful time for our family. More
