Met expectations Appeared that the service rep did not review the past history of my car. He asked me if certain things needed to be done. When were the wiper blades last changed? The battery appears to be old, has it been replaced? FYI, all service work since we purchased the vehicle in 2011 has been done by Mungenast. Great service! But when I send my daughter's car in to be serviced, I expect Mungenast to know what and when service was completed. I will always take my car to Mungenast, but come-on guys! Let's step it up.
