The current model of Pilot did not come equipped with a receiver or electrical connection for a trailer. In addition our budget was relatively small. Rob Carroll explained the evolution of the Pilot line of SUVs and showed us new and used vehicles. The vehicle we could afford looked new, was low mileage but didn't have the receiver or electrical hookup. Rob and his manager found a way to have those items installed and in addition they agreed to transfer our rooftop luggage rack to the new(er) vehicle. WE LIKE ROBERT CARROLL AND MUNGENAST.!!! More
