There is a dealer closer to where I live, but I decided to return to St. Louis Honda where I know I will get good service and not be pressured into making a car decision too soon or into spending more than I can afford. Rob does not push you, but paces things so you can make up your mind. It is all about timing and he explains features of comparison models and considers what kind of car you are used to and what you are likely to feel comfortable with, but also offers other options and test drives to make sure you get what you want. It is "fine tuning" and at the end you both know you made the best decision. I have used the service department for both cars and will continue to do so for this car. I would recommend Rob to anyone interested in a Honda. More

It's a Jeep Thing. I have been searching for a used Jeep Wrangler for months and finally found "the one" at Mungenast Honda on-line. Was quoted a reduced internet price I have been searching for a used Jeep Wrangler for months and finally found "the one" at Mungenast Honda on-line. Was quoted a reduced internet price and after working with the Salesman (Kurt Marty), negotiated an even greater discount based on my status as a military veteran. Although Mungenast doesn't advertise a military discount (all dealers should), they not only honored a competitors military discount, they exceeded it by over $100. Kurt is one of the easiest car salesmen I've ever had the pleasure to work with and would recommend him to anyone interested in a used vehicle. The only problem I encountered preventing me from giving this dealership a five-star rating was the fact that after I told Kurt we were preapproved for a loan through our credit union, the credit manager ("Brandon") stalled for time with no explanation why until our credit union closed at 12:00 pm Noon (it was a Saturday), presumably so the dealership could get a commission from one of their financing sources. Other than this excessive and unnecessary waiting period to process our loan, it was an enjoyable buying experience. One final suggestion - I think it would be good for customer relations if the dealership let the buyer drive off with a FULL tank of gas, regardless of whether buying a new or used vehicle (ours had half a tank and when asked about it, made no inclination to fill the tank regardless of the fact that we had just spent thousands of dollars purchasing a vehicle. Still, I would recommend Kurt and the dealership to anyone looking for a used vehicle. More

I expressed my needs to Jim, at the motorcycle dealership; and, he asked me a few more qualifying questions. After listening to me carefully, as to how he could help me, he proceeded to show me options that might fit my needs. I am a senior re-entry rider into biking from 30 years ago. I saw a really cool retro style bike I fell in love with, and, I bought it even though Jim did not recommend it. I could hardly drive the thing safely considering my age, build and experience. After realizing I made a horrible error in judgement, I returned to the dealership and discussed the situation with my sales rep Jim. This time I took his advice to heart, and we found the perfect bike for me. Plus, everything was worked out without any financial penalty. I called and talked to Jim Wagner who I had looked at motorcycles from other dealers and a few individuals, then I found one at Mungenast Motorsports. I called and talked to Jim Wagner who was pleasant and knowledgeable about the bike I was interested in and ultimately purchased, I told Jim where I was from and the following weekend I drove over 300 miles.
