Adnan, was excellent and would recommended him to anyone. Dealership as whole was fine. The detail on the new car was subpar and not something they should be proud of. Also, their sales manager was stuck Dealership as whole was fine. The detail on the new car was subpar and not something they should be proud of. Also, their sales manager was stuck in the old school and couldn’t leave his office to introduce himself and his negotiation tactics were reflective of that as well; rejected my deal and said I could leave. Only to text me 15 mins later with a better deal. Finance was fine. Not super pushy, but used common scare tactics to sell warranties and pushed warranties other than Honda care while bashing Honda care. Adnan 10/10. Dealership 6.5/10, just need to get with the modern times tactically. More
