The service advisor that picked up my vehicle has nearly cost you a customer. From telling me there was no loaner for an unknown amount of time that my van was being looked at since the gas door wouldn’t op cost you a customer. From telling me there was no loaner for an unknown amount of time that my van was being looked at since the gas door wouldn’t open (thank God my husband works just down the road at Jefferson Barracks and could come get us) to throwing up to me that if he had told the warranty company liquid caused a short in the van (with no proof to show me) but he was nice so I only had to pay the deductible when I said I was contacting corporate and filing a NHTSA report on this issue. You don’t throw crap in customers faces. To me calling to deal with the service manager telling me yes they had a car for me to use. I will think long and hard before coming back up there to bring my van for another issue again. When I spoke with the customer service receptionist, I said maybe I am just hormonal since I am pregnant with twins and y’all had me down to one car( and I have 5 older kids I shuffle from place to place), but the kid just wasn’t kind. She reassured me that it wasn’t my hormones and reassured me I wasn’t being unreasonable. When I asked about a loaner, he could have said I will put you first on my list and call when I have one, not a hard fast no. Furthermore, my husband found trim work not snapped back into place. He snapped it back on, and I hope we have no issues with it after y’all fixed this issue. More
