I’m quite new to Honda service (just my 2nd visit). First time met with Steve & 2nd time with Tim…both were very friendly and professional. I probably won’t bother with that in the future…save water. (The wash at the Honda location just a little further east was recommended & worked better!) More

Took my 2006 Odyssey in for a wheel hub rotor repair from damage done by local tire shop but technician said there was nothing wrong with the car. The insurance company for the tire company was paying for an damage done by local tire shop but technician said there was nothing wrong with the car. The insurance company for the tire company was paying for any damage so I closed the claim. car had a noticeable vibration at high speed. I took it to another mechanic and they immediately found Wheel damage and wheel bearing damage. I expected a more thorough examination of the car and doubt that the mechanic even looked at my car, but was charged a diagnostic fee. More
