I hadn't even owned my car a year when it was broadsided and totaled. I really liked the car and wanted the same one again. The dealership went out of their way to search for the "same" vehicle down to co and totaled. I really liked the car and wanted the same one again. The dealership went out of their way to search for the "same" vehicle down to color of exterior, interior, molding, etc. along with low mileage. Quite a request in this pandemic shortage of used vehicles! After weeks of hunting they found one and were able to convince the other dealership to sell it to them. All the staff were great to work with, there was no pressure to buy anything or put a deposit down. Communication was great and the overall buying experience was also very good.
