Friendly customer service, however, my issue was not resolved. On the opposite, they found reasons to blame someone else(so predictable). Disappointed in Acura dealerships lately. I enjoy going to this dealership for annual inspections of my Honda Civic. Unfortunately, the service provider I worked with the most over many years (Bob Diaz) recently left the dealership. But the new gu of my Honda Civic. Unfortunately, the service provider I worked with the most over many years (Bob Diaz) recently left the dealership. But the new guy I worked (Andrew Piker) with was wonderful, as well (although not as good as Bob because he didn't offer me any discounts -- but hey, he's new so I'm sure he's trying to be careful). All of the service people are always friendly and respectful and the waiting area is a nice, pleasant place to hang out with free wifi, snacks, and drinks. (Although it really disappoints me that they no longer make fresh popcorn! Bring it back, Glenn Davis!!) It's nice to get a complimentary car wash, too. Their rates are pretty high though, so the pleasant waiting room, snacks, and car wash are part of what you pay for. I personally usually walk across the street to either Red Lobster or Macaroni Grill for lunch while I'm waiting. More
