The service that the customers receive from the staff is outstanding. They make sure we know all about the service being done, and the work needed. While the customers are waiting there’s always refreshment outstanding. They make sure we know all about the service being done, and the work needed. While the customers are waiting there’s always refreshments and great snacks. We were offered Chick fil la for lunch once. There’s outstanding service, and they give free car washes all of this is well appreciated. More

The service itself was great but when I tried to call to make an appointment I was on hold so long that I hung up this happened three different times that I tried. It forced me to use the online scheduler w make an appointment I was on hold so long that I hung up this happened three different times that I tried. It forced me to use the online scheduler which allowed me to make an appointment that the dealer would pick up my car. A day before my appointment I got a call that I was not eligible for that and had to reschedule. This could have been avoided if someone answered the phone. More
