I know it is on me because I bought the lifetime oil change but I really have to look for another dealership to bring this car to. First time I had to run up to the desk every time the service person h change but I really have to look for another dealership to bring this car to. We purchased a package of synthetic oil changes for the life of our Toyota in May. We were told by Rad that we should come back at 5,000 miles to have the car's oil changed again, as the sticker on our car life of our Toyota in May.
