I had the worst experience with Charles Mallard. Promised me a price over the phone, drove from Jacksonville, and took off work to go look at the car. After our initial phone conversation we spoke several times through text regarding our ETA, who to make the check out to, etc. There were multiple opportunities for him to tell me that he actually couldn’t get the price he promised me. When I arrived, he said he had to leave for a church event, and confirmed we were set for the previously agreed upon price. I hope he continues to go to church and learns a thing or two about lying. James Mosher was the gentleman we ended up working with. He was honest, kind, and determined to work with us. Hire more people like James, less like Charles. More
