I knew I wanted a newer preowned Rav 4, but had a price I needed to stick with. We had the good fortune of being assisted by Antoinette who truly listened and worked diligently to meet our needs. It was a bit over our desired price and Antoinette and the manager worked on lowering it a little to get the monthly payment we wanted. I have not purchased a car in almost ten years, so it was definitely a learning curve. Never had a Toyota and am truly impressed with their warranty and certification assurances, which Antoinette patiently explained. Manager also reviewed it with us so we understood its great value. He even offered to hunt down some floor mats for us because car was missing those. We highly recommend Daytona Kia for its excellent service and were so pleased with Antoinette’s pleasant professionalism. She was a tremendous help with our car buying experience. I brought my car in due to it reporting a glitch. When I arrived at the service station #5 gave me a hard time (ie it’s my fault because of the dent on my front bumper, I need to go the body shop fir When I arrived at the service station #5 gave me a hard time (ie it’s my fault because of the dent on my front bumper, I need to go the body shop first,) I explained that I had called the body shop and they said I needed a appointment. He responded that not true. I then advised him that the scratches occurred last year. Then he said that I would have to wait and I may have to pay. I wasn’t sure what his point was. Regardless of the situation I would still have to wait. While I was waiting I called the body shop and they told me again that I needed an appointment. I also called the sales people because they had been calling me about another car. I said that if I could get the same thing I have with less miles I would consider another vehicle. I was later explained that I was paying for so much extra warranty that they could use it towards a down payment. I was told that the car I had was worth less than the one they were selling me. I was there all day long and I left with a car 2025 but I specifically said I wanted the same thing and it wasn’t. I left with a different model. When I asked about it missing specs like blind spot detection which I had in my previous car. I was told it was not in the package. Since I was not looking for another car and I said it needed to be the same and they said it was the same. I believe it. my original car has a start button. The one being sold to me doesn’t. The financial person told me several times that the car I was trading was less than what the car I was buying. I was exhausted just sitting there waiting for a car I didn’t request and being told by everyone that the car I bought from there dealership was basically crap only to be sold a lower model. I have no words. Also I had purchased so much warranty for my previous car that it covered the service being done to the original car. So I don’t know why #5 had the need to say what he did in the beginning which triggered me to make all the calls (body shop, sales) I have no words More
