I just bought my first Toyota, and so far I’m very pleased with the service. However one comment I would make is that I bought rubber floor mats, and when they were installed, they did NOT vacuum the pleased with the service. However one comment I would make is that I bought rubber floor mats, and when they were installed, they did NOT vacuum the carpet underneath first! Now I have to do it myself. When you go to this expense, this is just common sense. Maybe they thought I wouldn’t notice, but this was a brand new vehicle, purchased just a few days earlier & it came with NO floor mats at all.
