I would have given the whole dealership a 5 star rating, however, some of the parts guys are just rude, give short answers, and trustworthy advice. Either hire more parts guys so they have the time to be more helpful and friendly or start hiring parts people that are polite, patient, and not rude. I stopped buying parts from Daytona Toyota and either go to a competing Toyota dealership or buy them online. Regarding the quality of work done by the techs, I've ben happy with that. More
