I chose Daytona Toyota for my oil change due to a coupon I found in a local coupon magazine that was mailed to my house. Exited because I was actually 200 miles from needing one (It NEVER works out for me I found in a local coupon magazine that was mailed to my house. Exited because I was actually 200 miles from needing one (It NEVER works out for me like that !!!) so I called and spoke with an advisor ( Craig) who was able to accommodate me with an appt any day that would work for me. I have a mustang GT 5.0 which takes 5 quarts of oil - I knew that going in for this free oil change and fully expected to pay for the additional qts of oil; not only did he NOT charge me for the additional quarts but he also did a full synthetic oil change (which is actually what is recommended for my car but due to the cost, I never do full synthetic) .. ALL FOR FREE!!! Also, I need to mention that the first person I dealt with upon arriving was Tom. I told him that I cannot hand him my keys (in order to move my car, because I lost them “somewhere” within the car itself. I know they’re in there otherwise the car would not have even started (let alone allowed me to drive it) and that I just haven’t had the time to tear the car apart to look for them. Tom laughed but said he understood. When the car was done (only an hour later ❤️) Tom showed me where he parked the car (which by the way was in the shade 😊) he said “oh and I tore you car apart and found your keys, I put them in your cup holder… MIND BLOWN to say the least and I WILL be going to Daytona Toyota for my oil changes from now on !! Matter of fact, I’m going to check the price on some scheduled maintenance that I need done; as long their not more than Ford (which would be next to impossible if you catch my drift!!) I will be having the maintenance on my FORD Mustang done at DAYTONA TOYOTA. THANKS GUYS! YOU'RE THE GREATEST!! More
