ABSOLUTELY WORST dealership and service department I have EVER experienced. Dealership portion is incompetent and shady. Will cover up any issues with their cars to get bottom line for their sales. Was spoken to like I’m a child and completely condescended and interrupted while talking anytime I opened my mouth from the moment I came in the door BY A “Manager” and I use that term loosely. Service department is shady and incompetent as well. Our cars tires were near shredding and did not inform us (tires are only 35k miles with a warranty or 45k miles) told us to do an alignment and made our alignment WORSE. When confronted we were told it was our duty to service our own car (is that not what the service department is for— to inspect and service my car????) Our car now needs 4 brand new tires due to the incompetence and failure to communicate with a customer after multiple tire rotations, an alignment and full inspection of my vehicle when my car had to be towed in due to code issues. Avoid this dealership and service department. Take your business elsewhere More

Sales representative custom ordered a Tacoma to my specs. Vehicle arrived in about 45 days and was never test drove by anyone else. Vehicle was cleaned on delivery. Sales staff was not very pushy. Sales price was a little over MSRP but they tint the windows and include a limited power train warranty. You do have to pay a $100.00 deductible for service. Lifetime oil changes included. Overall it was a good experience. I do plan to return. More
