So far so good. Service has always been good on current and previous Camry. My gripe was the purchase price and the extra fees on current car. I felt used and abused by the sales person. Seemed like everyone we worked with simply cared about our experience from the sales person to the finance manager and everyone in between. We drove from Tampa for the car we wanted, it was well worth it to spend five hours driving in one day because the employees were so pleasant. Above is the same review I left on Google. To be brutally honest, the experience I had buying this car was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Been in sales my entire career and I usually dislike working with car sales people. Keep John employeed, he's a rare one that doesn't "sell" the cars, he's selling himself and the experience he gives customers. They are already there to look at cars, he gives people a good conversation and he listens. He doesn't assumptive close, he doesn't get pushy and he also isn't afraid to ask tough questions. He even text me to see if I made it home alright as he knew I was driving back to Tampa. Todd in finance was also great. He made good conversation and explained things well, he didn't push us into anything but was sure to advise on all options. More
