Brought my 2019 Rav4 in for a 10,000 mile/1 Year service. The Mechanic overfilled the Engine Oil about a 1/2 Quart!!! This is Unacceptable, should not have happened!!! I called the Service Department and left a message for Jim Brady, did not return my phone call!!! Not sure if I will bring my car back there for an Oil Change!!! More
