I know that I was a difficult customer but Kiki presevered and fought to get a deal that was satisfactory to me. Kiki is very special and very good at what she does. She loves God and is a woman of substance. It would do your organization well to keep her; perhaps make her a manager. She is one of the best representatives of Toyota that I have met and this my third Toyota purchase. I would only recommend others to Kiki at this particular dealership. She is the real deal!!!! More
