The oil change itself was fine, but whoever the technician was that reinstalled my wheels tightened the lugs on the rear driver side so tightly that even my torque wrench with me standing on it and technician was that reinstalled my wheels tightened the lugs on the rear driver side so tightly that even my torque wrench with me standing on it and hitting it with a mallet was not enough to be able to remove the lugs. If I needed to change the tire because of a flat, I would’ve been out of luck. Couple this with the fact that those lugs only need to be tightened to 97 foot-pounds, it’s ridiculous and dangerous, as I have had wheel studs sheared off due to overtightening. More
